Meet the Provider

Hi, I’m Rossette, the owner and provider of Happy Coop Daycare!

As a mom, business owner, and someone who has always loved working with children, creating a warm and nurturing space where little ones can learn, play, and feel at home has been a dream of mine.

My background in event and wedding planning has taught me to be organized, creative, detail-oriented, and attentive to the little things—qualities I bring into our everyday care at Happy Coop. I have coursework in Early Childhood Education and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.

I’ve also completed a Sterile Processing Technician program, which included training in healthcare practices and sterile processing. Along with my CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, this helps me stay mindful of cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children in my care.

At Happy Coop, I believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, encouraged, and free to explore. My goal is to provide more than childcare—I want to create a little community where children can build confidence, develop independence, make friends, and enjoy being themselves.

From our play-based activities and Montessori-inspired spaces to outdoor exploration, music, STEAM activities, and our little backyard coop, every part of Happy Coop is thoughtfully designed with children in mind.
